Project Manager - Microsoft Business Applications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Business Applications projects, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires robust project governance, customer-facing communication, delivery management, and coordination across functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Project Planning Delivery

- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and executive reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.

Governance Risk Management

- Establish and enforce project governance standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Manage change requests and scope control processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies and standards.





Resource Team Management

- Coordinate cross-functional consulting, development, testing, and support teams.
- Monitor team performance and project productivity.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal and customer teams.
- Support conflict resolution and issue management.

Financial Management

- Monitor project budgets, effort consumption, and profitability.
- Track project revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Manage project documentation, billing milestones, and contractual obligations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-15 years of overall IT consulting/project delivery experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience managing Dynamics 365, Business Central, ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects successfully.

Education and Certifications

Education

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- PMI-ACP
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
- Azure Fundamentals or related Microsoft certifications.
