We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Collection/ Recovery Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international voice processes.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in an International Voice Process
*Mininum 6 months experience In Us Collection Process
*Strong working knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and Regulation F (Reg F) is required.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English
* Versant score required
* Ability to work in US night shifts
* Solid customer handling and negotiation skills
* Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
