Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
