About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, invoicing, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and MIS reports.
- Support preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work on accounting software such as Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite.

Qualification & Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in finance/accounting roles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Experience with Zoho software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
