About the Role

We are looking for a Research & Consulting Associate who enjoys researching, writing, understanding businesses and putting information together in a clear and structured manner.

This is a non-technical research and consulting role. The work does not require coding, programming, advanced data analytics, or technical research. Instead, the role focuses on business research, understanding information, report writing, documentation, and supporting consulting projects.

You will work closely with our consulting team on client projects and will be involved in research, report preparation, documentation, presentations, and other project-related work.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of professional experience, communicates well, pays attention to detail and is willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

- Research companies, industries, business topics and other subjects relevant to our client projects
- Read and understand information from different sources and organize it clearly
- Prepare and structure diagnostic reports, executive summaries and other consulting documents
- Convert notes and inputs from consultants and discussions into transparent written content
- Prepare presentations, project summaries and other documents as required
- Support the consulting team with ongoing client projects




- Maintain project trackers and documentation
- Review reports and presentations for accuracy, language, formatting and consistency
- Support special projects and other assignments as required

What We're Looking For

- Graduate or postgraduate in Psychology, HR, BMS, BBA, BMM, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in research, documentation, content writing, HR, consulting support, or a related area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Good research and documentation skills
- Ability to understand information and present it in a clear and structured manner
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working on MS Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned work
- No technical or programming background is required
