- Experience in HANA DB Role concepts and User provisioning
- Audit reviews / remediations / retrofitting activities
- Driving Process Improvements
- Approving R&M; team activities
- Driving ARM, R&M; discussion calls
- Knowledge on SOD stage approvals/rejections/mitigations
- Enhancement prioritizations
- Checking project impact on R&M;
- Working with vendors on support execution
- Must have functional specific knowledge on Role designs
- Must have Business knowledge to understand SODs and remediations
- Project funds distribution and Capacity planning
