Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day IT issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and IT peripherals.
- Assist in user account setup, system configuration, and access management.
- Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.
- Support the IT team with routine maintenance and other technical tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field .
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
