Hiring: Architect (CAD & Interior)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop interior layouts, space planning, and design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and coordinate revisions as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, MEP, Structural, and Execution teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.




- Support design development from concept to execution.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 26 years of relevant experience in Architecture, CAD Drafting, and Interior Design.
- Robust command of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, interior fit-outs, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
