Job Requirements :
- 6-17 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager in the building material industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals, adhesives, and tile adhesives products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers.
