Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for experienced Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Professionals to join our Oracle Practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and related Order-to-Cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Subscription Management Cloud solutions.
- Configure subscription products, pricing, billing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Subscription Management with Oracle Order Management, Revenue Management, Accounts Receivable, and Billing modules.
- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across subscription lifecycle processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user training materials.
- Support business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- 6-10 years of overall IT experience with relevant experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- Robust understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring billing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Order Management modules.
- Experience in subscription lifecycle management, renewals, amendments, and billing.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
