Role & responsibilities

- Build and deploy Databricks Apps and data-driven business applications
- Develop frontend interfaces and backend services integrated with Databricks
- Create data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with business, data engineering, and architecture teams
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and governance

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of Python and/or Node.js development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Databricks experience
- Strong knowledge of PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows
- Experience with Unity Catalog and Databricks SQL Warehouses
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and contemporary UI frameworks such as ReactJS
- Experience building applications using Streamlit, Dash, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with GenAI and AI/BI capabilities
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
