Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition professional with robust expertise in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land for real estate projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for real estate development.
- Handle end-to-end land acquisition activities, from identification to closure.
- Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and preliminary property assessment.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, legal teams, and government authorities.
- Negotiate land prices, commercial terms, and agreements with landowners.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and registration processes.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.
- Track market trends, land values, and upcoming development opportunities.
- Resolve land-related issues and ensure smooth acquisition and closure.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 812 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition / Land Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local land markets, documentation, and acquisition processes.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
