Requirements

- Candidates must have around 1-3 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using Ansys workbench.
- Good theoretical knowledge on core Mechanical subjects like SOM, Dynamics and Fatigue.
- Positive experience in nonlinear simulations, Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD, Transient) and Optimization.
- Good understanding of Automotive Systems
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good in written and Verbal communication.

Responsibilities

- Perform the FEA simulations.
- Solving the simulation convergence issues.
- Post processing and Results interpretation.
- Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
- Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
- Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
- Time planning, Tracking and updating the status of the customer.
- Document and share best practices.
- Successfully handle multiple priorities.

- Technical Development: Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Technical Coaching: Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development.
- Design Standard Application: Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeos guidelines and best practices.

Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Disciplines Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity.
