• At least 4 to 6years of experience as Windows Server Admin
- One Cloud platform hands on experience (AWS/Azure)
- Hands on experience on DHCP, Printers, File Server, OS troubleshooting and AD/DNS Work experience.
- Good experience on windows server patching process using WSUS.
Good-to-Have HCI / Hyper-V Knowledge and Hands on.
ITIL Certified.
Dell/HP Server hardware and work experience on HP ILO and Dell iDRAC.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Must have experience in Windows Server Installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting of the OS issues.
2 Experience in Windows server patching using WSUS and troubleshooting of the patching issues faced during the patching activity.
3 Server performance issues (Memory, Disk, CPU and network).
4 Good understanding of the networking concerts (IP, gateway, routing, tracing etc).
5 Experience in server builds and decommission process.
6 Good experience in Active directory, DNS, Printers and DHCP related issues.
7 Identify potential challenges that may impact our client and infrastructure.
8 Ability to plan activities and projects and considers possible changing circumstances.
9 Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
10 Participate in a 24/7 on call support rotation.
11 Provide outstanding customer service by interacting directly with clients on client issues.
12 Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in clear, concise manne
13 Support other functional teams on a regular basis, Support a data centre setting (hardware and software) to ensure maximum availability for customers, including hands and feet support in data centres.
