- Experience in retail or supermarket management, including staff supervision and day-to-day store operations.
- Robust customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address concerns and maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and sales planning to support revenue and margin goals.
- Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative, respectful workplace culture.
