Mandatory Skills & Experience Checklist

Position: Product & SAFe Agile Transformation Coach (Offshore)

This checklist is intended for recruiter screening. Profiles that do not meet the mandatory criteria should not be submitted for interview.

Mandatory Experience

- 57+ years of enterprise SAFe Agile transformation experience.

- Experience supporting a Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprise.

- Hands-on experience with Product Operating Model transformation.

- Solid experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and Agile dashboards.

- Experience with PI Planning, backlog readiness reviews, dependency management, and capacity planning.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics: Story Points, Velocity, Say/Do Ratio, Sprint Predictability, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Defect Density, Throughput, Capacity Utilization, and Backlog Readiness.

- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams/PODs (preferably 10+ teams).

- Experience working with executive PMO, Agile COE, or enterprise governance organizations.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.





- Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and multiple vendors.

Preferred Experience

- SAFe Agilist (SA) or SPC certification.

- Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering and GitHub Copilot.

- Experience driving engineering productivity and AI adoption initiatives.

- Experience defining and measuring OKRs and business value outcomes.

- Knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and Data Mart environments.

Do Not Submit Profiles With

- Only Scrum Master or team-level Agile coaching experience.

- No enterprise SAFe implementation experience.

- No Azure DevOps (ADO) or Power BI experience.

- No PI Planning or Product Operating Model experience.

- Unable to articulate Agile delivery metrics and governance practices.

- Weak communication or stakeholder management skills.
