We are looking for a Power BI + Azure Databricks Developer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions and business intelligence reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in data engineering, data transformation, and dashboard development using Azure Databricks and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT processes using Azure Databricks.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Create reusable datasets and semantic models for reporting.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts,
and business teams.
Required Skills
- Solid experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in SQL and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and cloud-based data solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of data governance and security concepts.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- 2+ years of experience with Azure Databricks and data engineering.
