Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle queries, feedback, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to support smooth patient services.
- Guide visitors regarding appointments, facilities, billing, and other hospital services.
- Maintain positive communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow hospital policies, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
