Electrical CNC Maintenance:

1. To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA,etc.
2. Knowledge on Trouble shooting in CNC HMI screen, Electrical/Electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers and accessories.
3. Able to read, decode Electrical, NC and PLC m/c drawings, Ladder, etc.
4. Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.
5. Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Good Maintenance standards & practices.
6. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and in individual situations."

Mechanical CNC Maintenance:

1. To be able to troubleshoot, service pneumatics, hydraulics & servo hydraulic related issues
2.



Able to read pneumatic & hydraulic circuits CNC Machine Knowledge (Ball screw, Spindle, Index table, ATC & Magazine)
3.To attend service and maintenance calls on CNC machinery like Mazak, PUMA, Toshiba,AMS, BFW,etc.
4.Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.
5.Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Valuable
