Job Title:

Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Executive

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to understand their mortgage loan needs and provide appropriate financial advice.

- Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications in compliance with lending policies and regulations.

- Analyze applicants’ financial data, credit history, and collateral to assess loan eligibility.

- Explain loan products, terms, and interest rates to potential borrowers.

- Coordinate with underwriters, legal, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal.

- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations, market conditions, and bank products.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.





- Achieve monthly loan origination targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

- Prepare and review loan agreements, documentation, and ensure timely approvals.

- Provide post-disbursal support and resolve customer queries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, credit analysis, and lending policies.

- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in loan processing software and CRM tools.
