The Sales Manager will own the sales motion, pipeline-development strategy, operating cadence, and performance standards for this market. Job Description Lead the net-new-logo sales strategy for PTR Global’s Technology Services offerings. Develop relationships with technology implementation partners, prospective clients, and key decision-makers across target markets.



Build and execute partner-focused sales strategies across AI and Data, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security, and Enterprise Applications. Identify market triggers, implementation opportunities, and organizations with emerging technology-services needs. Partner with sales leadership to develop target-market strategies, messaging, campaigns, and account priorities. Establish sales playbooks, ideal customer profiles, outreach workflows, and execution standards. Manage pipeline-generation KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall sales performance. Lead the onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of assigned team members and digital sales agents. Direct day-to-day sales operations, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and execution cadence.
