The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, sales team management, lead-to-enrollment conversion, retail/direct sales, sales funnel optimization, forecasting and overall business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can not only manage a sales team but also actively drive closures, improve conversion ratios, build sales processes and create a high-performance sales culture.
