Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including SAP positions. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Ceipal and other portals
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle recruitment for SAP roles and understand key SAP modules/technologies
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ceipal ATS
Key Skills




• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Ceipal
• Prior SAP recruitment experience preferred
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
• Proven ability to source and close IT positions
