Description

We are seeking experienced Manager for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team specializing in US healthcare and physician billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, team management, handling client calls and escalations and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Note: Only direct Interviews in the company, Chennai.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of billing Team Leaders both voice and non-voice in the RCM process for US healthcare and physician billing.

· Should have hands on experience in AR Calling, Payment posting, Charge posting, AR analyst.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards.

· Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.

· Meeting KRA and SLAs of the team members.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing operations and resolve any issues promptly.

· Handle escalations and drive process improvements

Skills and Qualifications





· 10 plus years of overall experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the US healthcare sector and at least 1 year of Manager experience.

· Solid knowledge of physician billing processes and regulations.

· Proficiency in billing software and healthcare management systems.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: 9-10.8 lacs p.a. Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Should be willing to work in 4 pm to 1 am shift timing. Sat and Sun fixed off.
