- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels & restaurants).
- Solid knowledge of beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles for managing finances.
