Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, or management in an IT services or consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation practices and procedures related to contracting.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting explicit, concise agreements that meet client needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions through effective collaboration.
