About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the US Staffing Industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, solid relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in hardcore sales. This role requires working during US business hours and engaging with prospective clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and direct clients in the US market.




- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand staffing requirements and business needs.
- Present the company's staffing and recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements to close business deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the US staffing industry.
- Develop long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business and account growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hardcore sales/business development.
- Experience in US Staffing, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred.
