Position Overview

Maison No.3 is seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead current business acquisition and long-term commercial growth for the House. This role extends far beyond conventional sales. It requires someone who can identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers,



understand complex business challenges, and position the Maison as a long-term strategic partner rather than a service provider. You will represent the House in conversations with founders, luxury brands, business owners, family offices, corporate leaders, hospitality groups, institutions, and other organisations seeking thoughtful brand and business transformation. The successful candidate will combine commercial judgement with emotional intelligence, communicate with confidence, and understand that enduring business relationships are built through credibility, consistency, and professionalism.

Generate consistent commercial opportunities for the House.
Build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects across India and international markets.
