About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee Manager – Home Loans with 3–4 years of experience in banking training, financial products, home loans, or retail banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing sales teams, strengthening product knowledge, improving sales productivity, and ensuring effective understanding of Home Loan processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on Home Loan products, processes, policies, and eligibility criteria.
- Develop and deliver effective product and process training modules for new and existing employees.
- Train employees on customer handling, lead conversion, documentation, and sales techniques.
- Ensure sales teams have a strong understanding of Home Loan, LAP, eligibility, documentation, KYC, and credit processes.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, role plays, and knowledge checks to measure training effectiveness.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide refresher training wherever required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, HR, and Business teams to understand training requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare regular training reports and MIS.
- Support new-joiner induction and ensure employees become productive within defined timelines.
- Keep training content updated based on changes in products, policies, processes,



and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct field visits and on-the-job coaching when required.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales quality, product knowledge, and employee productivity.

Candidate Profile

- 3–4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Home Loans, Retail Banking, Banking Training, or Financial Products.
- Candidates with prior experience as a Banking Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer, Training Manager, Relationship Manager, or Senior Sales professional will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loans and retail banking products.
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, documentation, and banking terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and engage a sales team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and training MIS.
- Graduation is preferred.
