n• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
n• Conduct initial candidate calls and HR screening
n• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
n• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
n• Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
n• Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations
