- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channelsn
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / Retreatsn




- Follow up with leads consistently and drive conversionsn
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clientsn
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closuren
- Negotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion processn
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRMn
- Achieve individual and team sales targetsn
