Role: Senior Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finance and Operations, UAE VAT compliance, end-to-end business process implementation, and full lifecycle Business Central projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct Discovery workshops and gather business requirements across Finance and Compliance functions.

✅ Convert business requirements into a fully configured Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution.

✅ Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution documentation.

✅ Configure and support the following Business Central modules:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Chart of Accounts & Dimensions
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Cash & Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Inventory Management
- Job / Project Accounting

✅ Configure UAE VAT setup, tax groups, and posting configurations.

✅ Configure and support WPS (Wage Protection System) SIF file generation.

✅ Support ASP e-Invoicing integration and compliance requirements.

✅ Perform data migration validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.

✅ Prepare user guides,



training materials, and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) documentation.

✅ Conduct training sessions for business users and finance teams.

✅ Support UAT execution, defect triage, Go-Live activities, and Hypercare support.

Required Skills:

- Solid functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- End-to-end knowledge of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Experience with UAE VAT and WPS processes.
- Expertise in finance and operations processes.
- Knowledge of report customization using Word Layouts and RDLC.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

✔ Accounting background (B.Com / CA Inter / CMA)

✔ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Certification (Nice to Have)

✔ Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Certification (Nice to Have)

Experience Required:

- 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Business Central implementations.
- Prior UAE / GCC project experience is highly preferred.
