About BluAI
BluAI is building an AI-native operating system for hospitals and clinics. Our portfolio spans VitalsChair™ — a walk-in, unassisted multi-parameter health screening device and BluHealth™, our FHIR-native EMR/HMS platform with AI clinical documentation, imaging, LIMS, billing, and compliance modules.

The Role
We are hiring several Account Executives to drive sales of our medical devices and healthcare software across assigned territories. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closure — selling into hospitals, large clinics, diagnostic chains, and health systems.

What You Will Do
- Sell VitalsChair™ and the BluHealth™ platform to hospitals, large clinics, and healthcare groups in your territory
- Build and manage a pipeline of decision-makers: hospital owners, medical directors, CXOs, and influencing physicians




- Run product demonstrations and in office evaluations; coordinate pilots and proof-of-concept deployments
- Travel extensively within your territory to meet prospects, partners, and channel distributors
- Report pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence to leadership

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience selling medical devices — capital equipment, diagnostics, or screening solutions
- Experience selling healthcare solutions — EMR/HMS, HealthTech SaaS, or hospital software
- Existing, active relationships in hospitals and large clinics, including influencing doctors and healthcare executives
- A proven, verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets — references required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
