Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for acquisition based on project requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct land searches and evaluate properties based on location, size, pricing, accessibility, and development potential.
- Negotiate with landowners regarding pricing, terms, payment schedules, and acquisition agreements.
- Coordinate land due diligence, including title verification, ownership records, survey documents, and other legal documents.
- Work closely with legal teams to resolve title issues, disputes, encumbrances, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, local bodies,



registration offices, and other relevant departments.
- Manage the complete land acquisition process from identification and negotiation through registration and closure.
- Conduct site visits, land surveys, measurements, and physical verification.
- Track acquisition status, documentation, approvals, and registration activities.
- Prepare land acquisition reports, MIS, and regular updates for senior management.
- Identify potential risks and ensure timely resolution of land-related issues.
- Lead and guide the land acquisition team to achieve project acquisition targets.
- Ensure all acquisition activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
