Skills Required:

- Robust Lending domain experience preferred.
- Alternatively, strong System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience in the Banking/BFSI domain.
- End-to-end understanding of Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Disbursement, Loan Servicing, Repayment, and Closure.
- Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Business Teams, Architects, Development, and QA teams.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, process mapping, and solution assessment.
- Good understanding of API integrations, data flows, system interfaces, and application dependencies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL/Oracle is preferred.




- Experience with LOS/LMS or digital lending platforms is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Lead business and system analysis activities for banking/lending applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Define As-Is and To-Be processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Support UAT, defect analysis, implementation, and production validation.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps and drive them to closure.
- Mentor junior BAs/BSAs and provide functional guidance.
