Job Summary

Lead AI Developer Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications on AWS, leveraging services such as Amazon Bedrock and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, integrating enterprise data sources, APIs, and external tools to automate complex business processes.
- Develop, test, and optimize LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, context management, orchestration logic, memory frameworks, and agent-tool interactions to improve accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to implement secure, scalable,



and observable AI solutions following software engineering best practices, CI/CD standards, and enterprise governance requirements.

Requirements

- Required Experience: 10+ industrial experience, 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development, with robust AWS cloud development expertise and practical experience using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, LLMs, Agentic AI.
