Job Title: Aspiring Sales Team Lead (Individual Contributor + Team Builder)

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on sales professional ready to grow into a leadership role. At The Wise Parrot, we don’t believe in traditional "desk-bound" management where you only monitor reports. We are seeking someone who genuinely loves to sell, wants to continue closing deals personally, and possesses the drive to build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

What You Will Do (The Process)

You will step into a hybrid role that evolves as you deliver results:

Phase 1: Individual Contribution

In the initial phase, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle:
- Identify and connect with potential business clients.
- Understand prospect challenges and lead-conversion pain points.
- Conduct discovery calls and high-impact product demonstrations.
- Manage objections and follow-ups with a focus on closing deals.
- Contribute to the refinement of our sales pitch, strategy, and overall process.

Phase 2:



Leadership & Team Building

As you master the product and meet targets, you will scale the function:
- Hire and onboard Business Development Executives.
- Train, support, and mentor the growing sales team.
- Review performance metrics and call quality to ensure continuous improvement.
- Set and manage individual and team targets.
- Design and implement a structured, repeatable sales process.
