Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Office Leasing Consultant to manage the complete office leasing cycle from understanding a client's requirement to property shortlisting, site visits, negotiations and deal closure.
The Leasing Consultant will work with qualified requirements generated through Smartspace's marketing, BD and lead-generation channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation
- Understand the client's office-space requirement in detail.
- Recommend suitable locations and workspace formats.
- Advise clients on market rents, commercial terms and available options.
- Prepare and present suitable property options.

Property Search & Shortlisting
- Identify suitable office spaces based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with landlords, coworking operators and managed-office providers.
