- We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Full Stack Developer (React.js, Python & GitHub Copilot) who can leverage modern development frameworks and AI-powered engineering practices to accelerate software delivery, improve developer productivity, and maintain enterprise-grade quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in frontend development with React.js, backend development using Python, and hands-on experience utilizing GitHub Copilot, Custom Agents, MCP Integrations, Hooks, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Skills throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires collaboration with product teams, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and cloud-ready applications while maximizing development e ciency through AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and Python technologies.
- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern React architecture and best practices.
- Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC to accelerate development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and code modernization activities.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted work ows to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Design and implement custom Copilot Agents, Agent Skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to streamline development work ows and automate repetitive engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Perform code reviews and leverage AI-assisted code analysis to ensure maintainability, security, and performance.



Develop automated testing strategies using AI-supported test generation techniques.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system reliability.
- Contribute to developer enablement initiatives and drive adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams.
