Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance Managerto join our dynamic team and ensure that every Darwinbox Implementationdelivers the desired transformational value to our enterprise users.

The Delivery Assurance Manager serves as a key liaison between implementationteams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables meetdefined quality standards, timelines are adhered to, and client expectationsare exceeded throughout the implementation lifecycle alongside ensuring theirreadiness to manage the system in the long run.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Management

Overseeend-to-end Delivery Assurance for multiple concurrent Darwinbox Enterpriseimplementations across modules and geographies

Ensureadherence to Darwinboxs Implementation methodology Inflexion and establishedbest practices





Drivetimebound corrective actions via Client and Implementation Team leadership toensure that the required resources with desired capabilities are available forthe project.

Serve as thestrategic compass to ensure that Day 1 desired value is delivered on go-livebased upon the E3 methodology (Experience, Effectiveness and Efficiency).

Quality Assurance and Risk Management

Identifypotential risks, issues, and bottlenecks early and develop mitigationstrategies

Ensure thatregular delivery checkpoints and quality reviews are carried out and correctiveactions completed in time throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Implementcontinuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and improvementsloop closed with client, implementation teams and other internal stakeholders.

Steer RiskManagement and Mitigation discussions during Steering Committee Meetings andleadership connections.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as atrusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance at every stage of theproject and enabling the client to Champion the Thriving in the Cloudapproach.

Handleescalations and work collaboratively with clients to resolve complex issues

Drive clientengagement initiatives and maintain strong relationships throughout the projectduration

OverseeImplementation Team to User handovers post-implementation and ensure successfultransition in conjunction with Darwinbox Customer Success Teams.

Process Optimisation and Innovation





Design andrefine delivery processes, methodologies, and documentation; maintain andprogressively improve delivery templates, checklists, and knowledgerepositories

Analyzedelivery metrics and provide insights for organizational improvement

Stay currentwith HR technology trends and integrate innovative approaches into deliverypractices

Act ascustodian of the Delivery Scorecard and corresponding actions forImplementations teams.

Lead specialprojects focused on integrating AI tools into Delivery Assurance Processes.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in HRMS/SaaS implementation (HRdomain preferred), with 4+ years in Darwinbox/Workday/similar global HCMplatforms deployments

Bachelorsdegree in Business, IT, or related. MBA degree preferred (MBA, MS in TechnologyManagement or equivalent)

Certificationslike Darwinbox, PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or Agile/Scrum Master preferred

Deepunderstanding of HR Business Processes across multiple modules: Core HR, TalentDevelopment and Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, leave, attendance andothers.

Skills Competencies

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proficient inplanning tools (JIRA, MS Projects or similar Project Management tools) and MSOffice suite

Familiaritywith data migration, APIs, Excel/SQL/spreadsheets

Solid projectgovernance, risk mitigation, and multi-stakeholder coordination capabilities

Ability toprioritize, multitask, and drive projects under tight timeline
