Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Counsellor role based in Gurugram. The Sales Counsellor will welcome and guide clients through available aesthetic and wellness services, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments in a transparent and professional manner. The role involves managing consultations, explaining procedures and packages, addressing client queries,



and supporting a positive client journey from first contact through post-treatment follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
