n Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview)

n Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territoryn
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailersn
- Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandisingn
- Plan and execute trade schemes and promotional activitiesn
- Monitor competitor activity and market trendsn
- Track collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary salesn

- Proven experience in FMCG general trade salesn
- Strong distributor and channel management skillsn
- Positive communication and negotiation abilitiesn
- Willingness to travel within assigned territoryn
- Graduate degree preferredn
