Job Description Role: Pre-Sales Associate
n Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (onsite)
n Experience: 0 to 2 years, freshers with robust communication welcome
n CTC: ₹3.6 to 4.8 LPA fixed plus performance incentives
n Shift : Standard hours with some evening/weekend flexibility, since parents are spread across 70+ countries
nWhat we're looking for: confident spoken English and Hindi, genuine empathy, the discipline to follow up on 40+ conversations a day, and a graduate degree in any discipline. You don't need a coding background, they'll teach you the product.
nThis isn't a dead end role either. The internal path goes Pre-Sales Associate to Business Development Associate to Senior BDA to Team Lead, and promotions are performance based, not tenure based.
