Palira Inc. is a US-incorporated Analytics and AI enablement company working with global clients across CPG, Retail, and Healthcare. We are a lean, client-facing team. Every engagement we own is end to end, from understanding the business problem to ensuring the solution is activated within the client ecosystem. We are a rapidly growing firm, adding more logos and talent year over year.

Who We Are Looking For

A hands-on, business-oriented Analytics Lead who can walk into an ambiguous stakeholder conversation, understand what they need, investigate the data deeply, build dashboards that drive decisions, and then tell the story clearly enough that the client acts on it. You bring:

- Understanding of Commercial (Sales and Marketing) analytics: MMM (Market Mix and Media Mix), Attribution Modelling, Forecasting, Pricing Analytics (Elasticities, RGM/NRM), Pack Price Analytics (Portfolio Optimization)
- Expertise in FMCG/CPG and Retail data sources: NielsenIQ, Circana, SPINS, IMS Health, etc.
- Expertise in Commercial Analytics KPIs: Sales Velocity, TDPs, Distribution, Innovation, etc.
- Solid SQL and independent Power BI dashboard development: data modelling (star schema, fact/dimension), DAX and time-intelligence
- Experience taking a business question, translating it into an analytical solution, and presenting insights in an actionable manner
- Experience with some of the following: SPSS, R, Sawtooth, Python, and other analytics tools

• You understand the business question before you open Power BI or write a query

• You go beyond numbers: you identify drivers, exceptions, trends, and risks

• You present findings to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity

• You are comfortable working independently with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment

What You Will Do

• Own business analysis, data investigation, and insight generation for global client engagements

• Design and build decision-oriented Power BI dashboards from discovery through deployment

• Define KPIs, metrics, and calculation rules in collaboration with stakeholders

• Convert analysis into clear business stories: implications, root causes, and actionable recommendations

• Manage client communication and present insights with confidence

Good to Have

• Exposure to Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, or Databricks

• Experience mentoring junior analysts or BI developers

• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics

• Power BI performance optimization: data model, DAX, and report-level tuning
