- Lead stress engineers in performing finite element method (FEM) based stress analysis on aircraft structures using software such as Nastran, Patran, and Fem.
- Develop and implement effective project plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements and optimize structural performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in aerospace industry with expertise in FEM-based stress analysis.
- Proficiency in Nastran, Patran, or similar tools for conducting static/dynamic analyses.
- Solid understanding of aircraft structure design principles and Airbus standards.
