Role & responsibilities

Alliance Operations Executive Manager/Manager Governance & PMO:

Should be comfortable moving between executive-level discussions and hands-on execution work, including planning and governance cadences, business reviews, intake, operational playbooks, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.

Lead end-to-end PMO and governance activities across multiple alliance, partner, or business workstreams.

- Establish and manage operating cadences, including weekly/monthly governance meetings, leadership reviews, business reviews, and executive reporting.

- Develop and maintain workplans, project trackers, action plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue logs.

- Partner with senior alliance/business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable plans.





- Drive intake and prioritization processes, ensuring requests and initiatives are evaluated, tracked, and progressed effectively.

- Develop and standardize operational playbooks, processes, governance frameworks, templates, and ways of working.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across workstreams.

- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, including planning, market assessment, business priorities, and execution tracking.

- Provide advisory support to leadership by bringing structured insights, market knowledge, operational perspectives, and recommendations.
