About DigiMark AgencyDigiMark Agency is the digital marketing vertical of PropertyPlush Group, a multi-entity hospitality and real estate operator platform. We run performance marketing, brand, and growth campaigns for businesses across hospitality, real estate, and consumer sectors — and we're scaling our client acquisition engine. That's where you come in.

The RoleYou'll be the first touchpoint in our sales funnel. Your job is to find the right prospects, reach them before our competitors do, and book qualified conversations for the sales team. This is a revenue-facing role — you'll see the direct link between your outreach and closed deals, and your incentives are tied to it.

What You'll Do
- Build and enrich prospect lists (target industries, decision-makers, contact data)



for outbound campaigns
- Execute multi-channel outreach — cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls — using approved sequences and messaging
- Personalize outreach at scale: research each prospect's business and tailor the first line, not just the name field
- Follow up relentlessly and manage response handling — qualify interest, answer first-level questions, and book discovery calls for the sales team
- Keep the CRM (Zoho) clean and current: log every touch, update lead stages, flag hot leads same-day
- Track campaign metrics (open, reply, meeting-booked rates) and report weekly on what's working
- Assist in preparing pre-sales collateral — pitch decks, case-study one-pagers, and proposal inputs

What We're Looking ForMust have:
- 0–2 years of experience; graduates from any stream — hunger matters more than pedigree
- Excellent written and spoken English; conversational Kannada/Hindi
