Position Overview Cancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Center In-Charge to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, administration and business performance of the center. The Center In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring that the center functions efficiently,



patients receive a high-quality and compassionate experience, employees perform effectively, and the center achieves its operational and revenue objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, operational discipline, commercial understanding and excellent patient-handling skills. Key Responsibilities1. Center Operations Take overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the center. Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently and professionally. Implement and monitor CHC's SOPs, policies and operational standards. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and service standards. Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective measures. Ensure effective coordination between clinical, front-office and support functions.
