Role Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.n
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.n
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.n
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.n
- Update customer interactions and details in the system.n
- Follow company communication guidelines and processes.n
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.n

Required Experience & Skills:

- n
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.n
- Excellent English communication skills required.n
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.n
