Hiring: Senior SAP CO Lead / Manager | S/4HANA Location: Bangalore Onsite Experience: 10–14 Years ⏳ Role: Full time We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Lead / Manager with strong expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing and CO-PA to lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations . Key Skills & Experience ~10–14 years of strong SAP CO experience. ~ Expertise in Product Costing, Standard Costing, Cost Estimates & Cost Component Split . ~ Strong hands-on experience in Material Ledger & Actual Costing . ~ Expertise in SAP CO-PA – Account-Based & Costing-Based . ~ Strong knowledge of Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders & Cost Element Accounting . ~4+ End-to-End SAP Implementation & Support experience. ~ Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance / New GL and new functionalities. ~ Experience in CO blueprinting, roadmap, enhancements, upgrades and implementation lifecycle . ~ Strong cross-module integration knowledge with FI, PP, MM & SD .



~ Experience with CO cutover, data migration and functional/technical specifications . ~ Exposure to SAP BW/BI or SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred. ~ Manufacturing domain experience with Make-to-Stock / Make-to-Order processes is preferred. ~ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and training/change-management skills. ~ Willingness to travel and work from the client location . Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA/PGDM/CA with a Finance background . SAP CO / S/4HANA certifications are preferred.
